Introduction:
Agile is used by big organisations and small teams to efficiently execute their projects. It has become almost kind of a mandate for managers and operations teams to know and understand this system. We have designed a training session for senior and mid level managers, and junior team members to learn the basics of Agile and build a strong foundation of project management. This session is aimed at creating awareness about Agile Project Management and scrum in details. The participants will be able understand what to expect in an Agile project environment for requirements gathering, project estimation and planning.
